President

Very well rounded in the Oil and Gas business, Eric has spent years in the Basin managing projects from initial project development, through planning, purchasing, permitting, building, operating and compliance. Eric has held executive positions with 3 companies and in 2018, Titan Energy Solutions was formed to help pipeline operators mitigate regional geotechnical issues. Today, Titan Energy Solutions has been fortunate to grow to much more.

Eric is a young and energetic construction coordinator for our group. He graduated at Kankakee Community College and began his career at Millennium Technical Services. He’s transitioned from other roles at Middle Atlantic Products, and The DDS Companies.

Patrick Reade

Project Manager

Patrick is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where he majored in petroleum and natural gas engineering. He has over 6 years experience in the pipeline construction industry. When he is not working, Patrick enjoys watching and attending sporting events.

Office Manager

Leah is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania where she received her bachelors degree in business administration/ management. She has over 9 years experience as being a capable, determined, and well organized administrative assistant / office manager. Leah Is a highly approachable individual who has a pleasant attitude and a willingness to make a positive work atmosphere and a positive mark on all her colleagues. When she is not at work, she loves to spend time with her family.

Aisjah Williams

Administrative Assistant

Aisjah is a young and outgoing person. With 7 years experience in customer service, she is a hardworking and determined individual, who brings a positive attitude to work with her every day. She is very excited to join our team as an Administrative Assistant & learn more every day to expand her knowledge in this field.

Michael Botti

Manager of Construction

Michael Botti comes to Titan Energy Solutions with over 30 years of distribution pipeline experience, working for various gas companies from MA to MD. He has worked at the VP, Director and Manager level with up to 400 employees and multiple contracts in multiple states to watch over. He started in the field and worked his way from the ground up. He will be a great asset to Titan Energy Solutions and is super happy to join our team!
